The perfect pork product! Whether you are roasting it in the oven or cooking it on the grill this product will amaze you. This rack is reminiscent of a rack of lamb.
Baby back ribs come from the top section of the pig pulling directly off the loin. The meat taste and tenderness is that of the loin section; however, pulls off the perfect barbeque like the pork ribs.
The pork tenderloin is the filet mignon of pork. Small, however packs a mighty texture and flavor second to none. Perfectly marbled and tender cook it whole and eat or make it into medallions for that special someone.


10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook. The "doctored" mayonnaise makes a nice spread for cold pork roast sandwiches. Serve with favorite potato salad, fruit kabobs and chips with dip.
5 minutes prep, 10 minutes cook. Serve with baked potato or mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
20 minutes prep, 240 minutes cook. We recommend a Boston butt, which is half of the shoulder.
