HardBall Farms Brand pork is locally grown and processed in the Treasure Valley of Southwestern Idaho. The pork products associated with this brand come from perfectly balanced hogs that are fed a 100% grain based ration. We raise these hogs with a strict standard of excellence. No antibiotics, No artificial growth promotants, No slop-feeding.
Hogs in this brand program are grown to a heavier size in order to get a perfect marble in the meat, for optimal tenderness and flavor. They are also grown in large dirt pens for optimal muscle growth as well as comfortablility.
Our processed products have no tenderising solutions added to the packaged meat products. 100% of what you get in the package came from the pig, we are one of a very few who can say this. We do not need the added water, we have a great product that is naturally tender and tastey.
